The 5th Grade Student Council at Philipsburg Elementary developed and implemented a food drive. All items were donated to the YMCA's Anti-Hunger Program to support students and families in our area. The students set a goal of 600 items during the food drive. In all, PE collected over 1000 items! A member of the Student Council even donated a harvested deer to the food bank. We are PE Proud of all of our students, faculty, staff, and families! (Since the school met their goal, Mr. Fye will complete the YMCA's Polar Bear Plunge on Saturday, December 6, at Black Moshannon!)
