ANNOUNCEMENTS

Attention lifters and fitness center goers, starting after Thanksgiving break, the open weight room hours are going to be changing to 3:30-4:30 Monday-Friday.

Ski & Snowboard Club sign up forms can now be picked up in the main Office. Sign up before December 1st to receive a discounted rate.

TODAY FOR LUNCH: There will be no Bravo Bar this week. Both sides of the cafeteria will be offering- Tacos, Corn, Fruit, & Milk.

Breakfast and lunch are free to all students again this year.  Please remember at breakfast, to take 3 of the 4 items. You must take at least ½ cup fruit or veggie with your breakfast. Also at lunch you must take at least 3 of the 5 components available which has to include a ½ cup of fruit or veggies. If you don't have a fruit or veggie you will be charged for a lunch.
