    The POASD online application process is now active through the Sapphire Portal. Click the link below to create a New Account. There are separate registrations for Kindergarten and Grades 1-12.   • Families recently attended Camp Read S'more at Philipsburg Elementary.  Families were invited to the event to enjoy a night of reading and fun.  All students who attended received a new book.  All attendees received a bag with items to build a s'more.  Students were able to read with flashlights, enjoy making bookmarks, and participate in a campfire crossword puzzle challenge.  There were guest student readers throughout the night.  Families were also informed about the Title I Program in the Philipsburg Osceola Area School District.  Principal Justin Fye presented information on how funding is utilized to support reading instructors and math and reading curriculum.  There were approximately 125 people who attended the event.
